Misi is an award-winning entrepreneur and fashion business expert with over 17 years of experience having worked with global brands including Amazon, NET-A-PORTER, Nike, and Depop. As the founder of TFB STUDIOS, she has helping designers build sustainable and profitable fashion businesses.
Misi leads the Build a Brand Bootcamp alongside the TFB STUDIOS team, whose expertise spans design development, 3D rendering, and garment production. Together, they equip emerging designers with the tools and strategy to launch with confidence in today’s evolving industry.

Michael is a seasoned financial strategist and startup mentor with experience across fashion, fintech, and tech. A former CFO at Citi and advisor on programmes like Barclays Rise, Lloyds, and the Black Founders Programme, he supports founders in building sustainable, scalable businesses.
Specialising in business models, financial planning, and growth strategy, Michael empowers creatives to turn ideas into profitable brands. At the Build a Brand Bootcamp, he’ll lead the Business Fundamentals session—guiding designers on pricing, funding, and structuring their business for long-term success.

Chiamaka Ojechi is the Creative Director and co-founder of paq—a strategic creative agency rooted in purpose, authenticity, and quality, based in Brixton, London. With a background in art and graphic design, and deep ties to her Nigerian heritage, Chiamaka brings a bold, culturally rich perspective to her work.
Over the past decade, she has led paq in delivering impactful creative for brands like Nike, Spotify, and Converse, while staying grounded in community empowerment and cultural storytelling. As a Cultural Consultant and creator, Chiamaka uses her platform to open doors for the next generation of creatives, blending strategic insight with fearless creativity.

Chan DelValle is a Regional Visual Merchandiser and Fashion Stylist known for her bold aesthetic and unapologetic storytelling. With over a decade of experience spanning from luxury retail, visual strategy and trend-forecasting, she has driven transformation across the fashion landscape. Chan has led visual and brand development strategies across renowned brands such as Under Armour, Selfridges, Topshop and Trendstop- providing a visionary approach to every brand she touches, consistently elevating their identity through innovative style and design development.
Based in Birmingham,UK Chan deep love for vibrant fashion conceptualisation and brand styling- her work celebrates and sits at the intersection of culture, commerce and creativity, always rooted in purpose and ahead of the curve. She continues to push boundaries of creative direction and champions on delivering measurable impact within the fashion industry.

Derrick Odafi is a British creative director and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and editor-in-chief of New Wave Magazine, a platform dedicated to spotlighting emerging and established talent across various creative disciplines. His multifaceted skill set encompasses graphic design, photography, architecture, and fashion. Under Odafi's leadership, New Wave Magazine has collaborated with notable brands and artists, including Ray-Ban, Nike, MM6 Maison Margiela, Diageo, Beats by Dre etc. His work has garnered attention and support from influential industry figures such as Kanye West and he has applied his creative vision alongside talents such as Pharrell, Samuel Ross, Leomie Anderson, Rema and many more. His ethos is based on the idea of elevated creativity coupled with cultural authenticity

Founder of Jendaya, a creative studio, specialising in strategic partnerships solutions for trailblasing talent andworld-class brands. Working with clients such as Louis Vuitton, Christie’s, Rosewood and talents such as Davido, Ayra Starr, Jermai Grant and more.

Jen eleto is a seasoned fashion celebrity stylist and creative consultant, self coined as a young “black pat butcher”, loving a big, bold statement piece. With a background in fashion pr, it was here that she got the knack for coordinating events, championing young designers and working with talent. She has collaborated with the biggest brands in the industry and is passionate about individualism, helping those break through with bold personal style
